In submitting medical claim reimbursements to us, you may be required to provide us your phone number, email, bank account details and medical treatment details for us to process the claim. You are required to confirm that the information provided is true and correct. Additionally, you may be required to confirm and provide verification documents to evidence that you are the rightful person to submit such a claim.
Guarantee Letter Request
You may request for a Guarantee Letter to be issued, if and when permitted by the company that provides the cover. For this, you will be required to provide details relating to the medical center you wish to visit, the illness you are experiencing and the purpose of your request. Additionally, you may be required to confirm that the information provided is true and correct.
You may be required to provide us with information related to any requirements or problems in the use of our Services, including screenshots, and how to contact you so we can provide you the appropriate support in resolving your needs. For example, you may send us an email with feedback information relating to unacceptable performance of doctors/surgeons

Device and Connection Information
We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information including phone number, and device identifiers. Our Website Core Capabilities
All requests to our website start a session which stores the IP address in the session data and creates a session cookie in the user's browser. The IP address is used as a security measure to help protect against potential session hijacking attacks and this information is deleted once the session has expired and its data purged. The session cookie's name is based on a randomly generated hash and therefore does not have a constant identifier.
